Reason(s) for removal: It appears as if Hunter Upskirts has closed their affiliate program without notice. Additional info: Their site is still up, but using Segpay to process joins, which means no credit to CCBill affiliates.
Hunter Upskirts is an adult affiliate program with a single site of the same name. As is no doubt evident by their shared name, this site and program are all about the candid upskirt niche. Fans of the niche will undoubtedly love the site, as the free tour portion offers loads of short videos for potential members to browse. It is the promoting affiliates job, therefore, to get the site in front of those would be members. Unfortunately, that task far more easily said than done given the extreme paucity of promotional tools. And even though Hunter Upskirts is a CCBill program, the plethora of videos previously mentioned offer no respite.

As far as promotional tools go, affiliates are given access to twenty (20) hosted galleries. And that’s it. No banners, not even a link code.
But, since this is a CCBill program, affiliates CAN create their own site link code, and deep links to the pages of their choosing, such as directly to those previously mentioned videos, right? ‘Yes’ to the first, ‘No’ to the second. You see, Hunter Upskirts is one of those CCBill programs that routes all CCBill links back around to their homepage. In fact, the links on this page are formatted to take you directly to the webmaster tour/signup page, but due to the rerouting, you doubtless will end up on the surfers tour instead. Sorry ’bout that.
Despite Hunter Upskirts pronounced lack of promotional tools, affiliates should take heart in that it is not really all that bad. As mentioned, there is considerable site depth for affiliates and potential members to peruse, and those short videos all come with unique text scene description to help affiliate in their promotion. You just can’t link directly to them. Which is disappointing, certainly, but should not be a deal-breaker by any stretch of the imagination.
