MicroNicheBucks

MicroNicheBucks Adult Affiliate Program The MicroNicheBucks adult affiliate program appears to have closed without notice. Only one of the program’s three sites is still operational, and it links to their clips store.

MicroNicheBucks is a very small adult affiliate program specializing in high quality foot fetish content. While the program offers three sites to promote, two of those are traditional membership sites and the third is a clips store selling their high quality foot fetish videos à la carte. Furthermore, it should be noted that while the clips store does not have any promotional tools or content other than banners expressly provided, it does continue to update while the same cannot be said of the other two. However, although additional tools are provided for the other two sites, they are so small in number they are hardly worth mentioning: a grand total of two (2) hosted galleries, six (6) downloadable content sets, and one (1) hosted blog that stopped updating several years ago.

Summary

Affiliates should note that although the MicroNicheBucks program caters to foot fetishists, it is less adult oriented than one might think. Only on one of the membership sites did we see any nudity whatsoever, and even then it was not overtly graphic. The clips store, on the other hand, is all about the feet – sometimes in shoes and stockings, but most often naked.

Up above, we mentioned that the clips store does not have any promotional tools or content expressly provided other than banners. So, lets talk about what isn’t expressly provided. The site is basically a wordpress blog. As such, it is an easy matter for affiliates to check the latest updates – though we did experience parsing errors when attempting to view the blogs RSS feeds. In any event, the updates feature large images and varying amounts of unique text – at least one sentence, usually not more than three or four, but still enough to assist affiliates in devising their own promotional copy. Furthermore, since MicroNicheBucks is a CCBill program, it is a relatively easy matter for affiliates to create their own deep links to pages and/or entries of their choosing. However, since the affiliates CCBill ID would not be hard-coded into the URLs we would also suggest that affiliates adding nofollow rel tags to those links, should they decide to take that route.

Considering that the only site of the MicroNicheBucks program that appears to update is a clips store, and no tools other than banners are expressly given for promotion of that site, we feel that it is indeed a micro niche. Those affiliates that can send highly targeted traffic – namely foot fetishists that are looking to buy high quality content on an individual basis – will undoubtedly do very well with this program. All other affiliates will have a harder time of it.
