Partner Payouts has announced that due to lack of interest, at the end of the month (August 2014) they will be closing and redirecting traffic to another of their programs.
Partner Payouts is a brand new adult affiliate program with five sites in the GF niche launched in just the past week as of this writing. Best of all, the program already offers a decent selection of money making content and tools to help their affiliates get started. Oddly, this program is by the same folks behind the SendJoinsGetPaid network of programs (AmaKings, GossipKings, FuckingAwesome, RevengeBucks, GFCash, WePayYouLongTime, ToonKings, 429Cash, and ScandicCash), yet the only one of those which uses CCBill. Where those other programs require potential affiliates to send proof of sending traffic and generating sales for two other affiliate programs (thus requiring 4 screenshots in total), joining this CCBill program is as easy as it gets – especially so for those affiliates who already have CCBill affiliate accounts.

Summary
We should point out that there are several inconsistencies between what the Partner Payouts affiliate tour claims and what is actually offered that have yet to be corrected. One such inconsistency is actually to the benefit of affiliates: although the program tour states that affiliates earn 55% commissions, affiliate commissions are actually set at 60%. However, the other inconsistency we noted is not so beneficial; where the sites’ join pages indicate that they offer $1/1 day trials, the CCBill payment pages reveal that the trial offers are actually two days at $2.95.
As mentioned, the Partner Payouts program, though brand spanking new, already has promotional content and tools for their affiliates to start promoting the program. Namely, hosted galleries, FLV clips, and several banner options. Unfortunately, though, the program is rather sparse on unique text to assist affiliates in drafting their own promotional content. Additionally, the actual sites are little more than collections of ‘click magnet’ images that all direct to the sites respective join pages. In other words, none of the sites offer any depth of their tours to speak of.
Affiliates looking for a new program with GF content should give the Partner Payouts program some consideration. Since the program is so new, now is the best time to join when the competition among affiliates is at an all time low. Also, as a CCBill program it is a snap to join, and the sites are sure to draw some clicks. Although the program is brand new, they are already off to a very good start!
