The RV Cash adult affiliate program has closed: “It is with great sadness that I’m emailing you to inform you that RVCash will close its doors on 30th June 2015….Please ensure you remove your referral links and any hosted galleries that you might be using as they will no longer work after this date. As we are processing payment and using epoch as our affiliate system all monies owed to you will be paid by epoch. Any recurring income will obviously cease to recur when the program closes.”
RV Cash is a modest sized adult affiliate program, with 9 sites at present in several popular adult niches. While most of the sites are of decent quality, it appears as if all of the content is non-exclusive, with some of the older content being of lesser quality by contemporary standards. The RV Cash program does continue to update, having added one new site per year for the last few years. Unfortunately though, it is difficult to say with any degree of accuracy how frequently the existing site and promotional content updates as no dates are given.

Summary
As all the red above suggests, the RV Cash program suffers from a very disappointing lack of promotional tools for affiliates. At present, not counting link codes and banners, the only promotional tool available to affiliates are photo galleries. Even then, photo galleries are only provided for the 5 oldest of their 9 sites. Worse still, there are no more than twenty galleries available for each of those sites.
Affiliates may be interested to know that RV Cash is an Epoch program – a third party billing system that works much as the more commonly known CCBill system. Both programs rely mainly on cookies to track visitors. Like CCBill, Epoch also allows affiliates to join multiple programs from a single account, and thereby receive all of their associated commissions in a single payment. Additionally, payouts are made weekly via check or wire, with a cumulative minimum of $50. One important distinction between Epoch and CCBill, however, is that affiliates can access all of their programs promotional tools through a single Epoch admin area. While this does offer some convenience for affiliates promoting multiple programs, it also limits programs from offering something apart from the norm.
While their having added new sites to their existing lineup is nice, without promotional tools to go along with them, there seems little point. Unfortunately, until such time as more and/or better promotional tools are provided to affiliates, we cannot give the RV Cash too strong of a recommendation. However, affiliates looking specifically for programs with new sites that pay by Epoch might still have some interest, just be aware that very little is provided to assist in your promotion.
