PartnerCash does not have many of the tools I usually look for in a program, but that is because they are not your typical adult affiliate program. PartnerCash has just the one site, Saboom, an interactive video site that puts the viewer in control of the action. This program has been around for a decade already in Europe, but is just now entering the US market. As such, I cannot speak with absolute certainty concerning their performance and integrity, but everything I have read so far from European affiliates suggests they are above reproach. What webmaster tools they do have seem to be mainly limited to various banners, site links, and javascript doodads and whatsits. Considering their freshness and the fact they offer a €1 pay per free join option, I suspect many affiliates will find this program quite profitable.

Summary
As mentioned, the webmaster tools are mainly limited to banners, links, and various javascript ads. Even the zipped pic downloads seem to be geared primarily for webmasters to use to customize their own ads. I suspect the ‘Decision Video’ javascript ads will do very well on blogs and tube sites as they show a bit of action in a loop and offer a choice of action the viewer would like to see next. When the surfer clicks their choice they are directed to a landing page that shows a bit more of the scene in the vein of their selection, with a conspicuous ‘SIGN UP FOR FREE’ link in the upper right.
Potential affiliates will also be pleased to note that nowhere did I see any sort of linking shenanigans that would result in lost traffic or sales. In fact, one thing I noticed, and that I really like, is that on every page toured after following an affiliate link the affiliates ID is displayed inconspicuously, usually in the bottom right quadrant of the page. Just about every affiliate has under-utilized ad space somewhere that is not being taken advantage of to it’s full potential.
