18CloseUp Cash is a nice but small adult affiliate program catering mainly to high quality closeup pics and videos of solo girls masturbating. When we say small, we mean there are only two sites, one of which is relatively new. The best thing about this program is that they update regularly. It should also be noted that they use CCBill for sales and tracking, so you can be relatively assured it is free of shady tactics to defraud affiliates as well as members. Unfortunately, as is the case with many programs that use CCBill, there are no other tools than promotional banners and galleries.

If 18CloseUp Cash did not use CCBill for sales and tracking, they would probably not warrant consideration. However, since all programs that use CCBill can be grouped into a single low minimum payment plan, it makes this program that much more attractive, especially if you are an affiliate with use for high quality solo masturbation and/or closeup content. While the galleries do have unique titles reflecting what the gallery is about, that is pretty much the extent of any descriptive text you will find.
