Summary
These days, it seems affiliate programs using NATS are less inclined to put out a consistent supply of promotional tools to reflect their sites’ latest updates to assist their affiliates. MadCheddar is better than most in that regard. Affiliates can look forward to massive drops of high quality photo sets, as well as various banners and logos – all of which is great for the affiliate who creates their own galleries and free-sites (do affiliates still do that?). These large drops appear to occur on a near monthly basis, but not always. Fortunately, the sites themselves are far more regular in their update schedule.
A word of caution to interested affiliates, though: be prepared to wait to get approved. Maybe it was just us, but it took a long time for us to receive our approval. We don’t mean just a week or two; enough time had passed that we had concluded that MadCheddar simply wasn’t interested in having us review/promote their program. And then, out of the blue, we got an email informing us of our acceptance into the affiliate program.
The exceptional high quality of the MadCheddar content is enough to stop a surfer in their scrolling to linger for a closer look. Which is exactly what you want as an affiliate. The problem most affiliates will face is how they are going to get that content in front of said surfer.
