The CinemaCult’s signup page prominently declares “THE AFFILIATION PROGRAM IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED”.
With just one site of the same name, CinemaCult is a small adult affiliate program for celebrity content. And by celebrity content we mean all the best sex, nude, and risque scenes from film and television, and nothing of the leaked sex tape or paparazzi persuasion. By far, the CinemaCult site is mainly focused on content coming out of Italy, but not exclusively so. For instance, one of the slideshow banners touts the recent addition of Jennifer Lawrence’s nude scene from Red Sparrow, a recent DVD release. Which brings us to another point: while HD quality content is present, the quality of the content largely depends upon how and when the content was produced.

Summary
Currently, the CinemaCult program tour contains a tab link for ‘Ad Tools’ that directs affiliates to Sliiing – a third party site that serves the ad-tools for select CCBill programs. Usually, it does not take long for your Sliiing account to update after you join one of their affiliated programs. So, after approximately 24 hours with no change, we reached out to the folks at CinemaCult to verify whether or not they were still using Sliiing to serve their ad tools. Apparently, as is our luck, we caught them just as they have begun the rebuilding of their affiliate program.
While the downside of this news is that there are currently no ready made tools affiliates might use (*though they did offer to make some custom galleries for us if we wanted), the upside is two fold. First, they are already on top of it and working towards providing their affiliates with a new ad-tools section. Second, and perhaps more importantly, since this is a CCBill program, affiliates can easily create their own deep-links to site pages of their choosing – effectively making every page of the site a potential gallery/landing page.
There is no denying that celebrity content has been and continues to be a very popular niche. While CinemaCult may not be the biggest player in that field, they have been around for going on twenty years so are obviously doing something right. We encourage affiliates promoting celebrity niche content to take a look. Just bear in mind that as far as ad tools go, there is not much at the moment, but they are already at work on changing that.
